This website and our staff do not provide medical advice, clinical treatment, therapy, or emergency services. AD Healthy Minds and Souls is a private pay provider. We do not accept or bill insurance for housing costs. By inquiring about residency, you acknowledge that all housing fees are the financial responsibility of the resident and/or their family or support network.
Contacting us does not guarantee placement or availability. All placements are subject to bed availability, completion of our intake process, and compliance with house rules. We reserve the right to decline any application.
